Building Rapport with Colleagues

This workshop will look at scenarios to identify techniques that could be used to establish/improve rapport.  We'll discuss these techniques and how to build rapport when working remotely.

Aims:

• To demonstrate the importance of taking a step back and understanding our role in the relationships we have with others at work.

This workshop will be highly interactive and practical.  It will not be recorded.

Along with the interactive workshop, you’ll get access to resources and activities to help you practice and a group & private chat area where you can ask all your questions before and after the workshop.
