About the Course
Dealing with email can take over your whole day. This workshop introduces a number of tools and techniques that will allow you to take control of your inbox. We will focus on tools available in Outlook as part of Office 365, but will share resources about using other systems.
We will :
- Identify the challenges with email
- Describe the tools available to help manage our inbox
- Discuss the changes you need to make to take control of your inbox
Along with the interactive workshop, you’ll get access to resources and activities to help you practice and a group & private chat area where you can ask all your questions before and after the workshop.
