Working Effectively as a Remote Team

Participants consider how they can build and sustain professional relationships and a sense of team within remote teams. This workshop also gives participants seven basic rules and asks them to get below the surface of the rules by finding practical ways in which the rules can be implemented in the workplace.

Aims: 

• To encourage participants to think about how they can develop and maintain a real sense of teamwork, even when people are physically distanced.
• To explore the background issues that affect remote teams.
• To help participants recognise the challenge of working collaboratively when geographically separated.
• To show the importance of establishing clear guidelines at the start of any project to ensure success.

This workshop will be highly interactive and practical.  It will not be recorded.
