About the Course
Participants consider the blurred boundaries between work life and home life for remote workers, the advantages and disadvantages of home working and how to self-manage to ensure success both on a personal and professional level. We also look at the role of team leaders in supporting this.
Aims:
- To consider the challenges faced by remote workers and the skills needed to self-manage.
- To look at ways in which remote workers can create a separation between work and home life.
- To look at the role team leaders play in supporting home workers, particularly those new to home working.
This workshop will be highly interactive and practical. It will not be recorded.
Along with the interactive workshop, you’ll get access to resources and activities to help you practice and a group & private chat area where you can ask all your questions before and after the workshop.
