About the Course
This course help you to identify how you can build and sustain professional relationships and a sense of team within your remote workplace. This workshop will provide you with several tools, techniques and tips and will ask you to find practical ways to implement them in your workplace. It also helps you to identify how to avoid mis-communication, especially when communicating without body language.
You’ll finish the course feeling well connected to your team, confident and content working from home and well equipped to deal with any work situation remotely.
Each week, you’ll receive articles, resources and tools to help you understand and apply those tips to your own life. You’ll take part in activities and discuss the materials with the other participants, sharing your experiences and learning from others. You will also receive a course journal to keep all your notes as you work through the course and as a handy reference for after the course finishes. Although this course starts on 13th September and ends on 10thOctober, there are no live meetings, so you can decide when to work on it and when to interact with the group. We recommend setting aside a couple of hours per week.
